AI and analysis disclosure
NexusOX provides automated analysis, educational information and decision support. Results may be incomplete, change over time or contain errors. NexusOX does not control third-party AI platforms and does not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, customers, sales, revenue or financial outcomes.
Public website scanning
The scanner requests publicly accessible web resources supplied by the user. Users may scan only websites they are authorized to evaluate. Do not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, overload systems or collect restricted information.
Subscriptions
The NexusOX Pro subscription is billed at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Billing, receipts and payment security are handled by Stripe. Access may be limited or terminated for nonpayment, abuse or violation of these terms. Unless required by law or specifically stated at checkout, fees already charged are nonrefundable.
Privacy
NexusOX may process submitted website addresses, scan results, product interactions and support communications to provide and improve the service. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by NexusOX. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the scanner or agent.
Acceptable use
Users may not use NexusOX for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, security testing without authorization, scraping protected data, model abuse, impersonation or attempts to interfere with the service.
Intellectual property
NexusOX, the NexusOX Score, logos, reports, product names and site design are owned by KAYANDA LLC or its licensors. Customer website content remains the property of its respective owner.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes. KAYANDA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
