    US Citizen — Must be a United States citizen. Program funded through Montgomery County HHS for American citizens exclusively. No exceptions.

    No Felony Convictions — Must have no felony convictions. Background verification conducted during intake by Kayanda LLC Property Management.

    Facing Eviction or Homelessness — Must be currently experiencing eviction proceedings or homelessness. Documentation of housing crisis required at intake.

    Non-US citizens — not eligible.

Upon verification of all four eligibility requirements, Kayanda LLC Properties initiates emergency fund disbursement through Montgomery County HHS and coordinates placement. Seven calendar days or fewer from verified intake to confirmed housing placement.
